Eric, Sophia, and I went to our first dairy farm a few weeks ago. Pretty impressive experience actually. The farm we went to produces 1.2 tons of milk every 2 days. They ship it out to a plant in NY (Frigo I think) to make string cheese. We were there during milking, so we got to see a few rounds of cows come in the parlour to get milked. We also got to pet the calves. (Do you pet calves? Well, you know what I mean!)

Grandpa Dar would have loved to be there. He would have been able to give you all the details as to dairy farming.
Grampa Dar: Eric, a day on the farm is not complete unless you stepped in cow doo doo, did you?
Hey Eric - did you ask the farmer to see his implement?
