Happy Anniversary Grandpa Dar and Gramma D

The last 40 years have been amazing. Lots of great memories, 4 children (including 2 we have never met - at least according to this photo), and 3 grandchildren. You have taught us all about what it takes to be a great husband, wife, and parent!

When trying to decide what to get them it was difficult. Mom's already got her large cricket and Dad's already got 13 trailers. Instead of having to use photoshop to get a nice family picture, us kids all decided to hire a professional photographer to come to the cabin one day over labor day weekend to take some family photos. She specializes in kids and I can't wait to capture some special moments between the grandparents with their grandkids.

Happy 3rd Birthday Eric!

Just one year earlier!

Our bubby is 3 years old...hard to believe! It is amazing how much changes in a year. In the last year, we have picked up 2 new imaginary friends, a hockey obsession, a standup comedian, a practicing doctor, big boy underwear, 2 new schools, lots of new friends and teachers, and a fantastic big brother.

We loved every minute of the last year (well, ok...maybe not EVERY minute, but most of them!) and can't wait to see what the next year brings.

Happy Birthday Eric!! Thank you for keeping us laughing, teaching us more than we ever thought a 2 year old could teach us, and for loving us back. We can't imagine our lives without you!

Sesame Place

We took a quick weekend getaway to Sesame Place outside of Philly and met up with Eric's buddy Owen. We had a great time. It was pretty crowded on Saturday, but we still had a great time. Both Eric and Pia were great with all of the characters and Pia is now chanting "Elmo, Elmo" all the time. Looks like we will have to plan another trip back!

Visit with the Blakes

We had a great visit with the Blakes last week. The kids loved playing together, even though the weather didn't cooperate. And you can see Pia and Will hit it off great. So many boyfriends, so little time. ;O)
