Show me the Money!

Last weekend we took Eric and Sophia to their first hockey game..the Elmira Jackels! (They are a minor league team the next town over.) Except for the scary frankenstein guy at the front door, we had a blast. Eric kept yelling "Yes!...Fall Down!" over and over. It was alot of fun.
The next day, Eric insisted that the Jackels were calling on his phone in his playroom and that they want him to be the goalie for the team. Luckily he got some good advice from his grandparents. Now he is telling the Jackels when they call to "Show me the money!"

Sophia's Big Day

We were blessed enough to have lots of family in town for Sophia's baptism last weekend. We had a great weekend and the baptism was beautiful. Both kids were great, even though we had a few moments where I wasn't sure if we were going to make it. It sure is stressful sitting in the first pew with 2 kids! Sophia loved the water and looked beautiful in her dress that both Auntie Kim and I wore for our baptisms.
Thanks everyone who could make it! Hope you had a great weekend. Doug and I really appreciate you sharing the day with us!
